The issue with Toll-free numbers sending messages to the US and Canada has now been resolved. We will continue to monitor the traffic for good measure.

If you're using verified toll free number to send messages to the US. Then those messages possibly get rejected right now. Check your traffic to see if it is the case. We're currently working on fixing this issue.
