Scheduled maintenance: Messaging infrastructure upgrade

We will be upgrading part of the internal messaging infrastructure behind our customer-facing APIs on gatewayapi.com and gatewayapi.eu. The work will be performed as a rolling update across our high-availability environment.

Expected impact: Minimal. The APIs will remain available throughout and no action is required. A small number of API requests may briefly fail. If that happens, retry the request after a few seconds and it will go through. Messages already accepted will be queued and delivered, not lost.

We will monitor the platform closely and post updates here if anything changes.
